Single Head Eight station Turret type (Flower Wheel) rotary Lami and Plastic Tube filling sealing and coding machine comes in two models.Single Head- AETS01150 and Double Head- AETS02150 according to the customer requirement. Both models are very useful for fast growing Cosmetic and Pharmaceutical Industries. A strong design From AMSON Engineering. Pneumatically operated stations avoids much of mechanical parts and there by reduces the maintenance downtime.
Specially designed and in-house manufactured Hot air assembly provides uniform heating to the tubes. Single Head Model AETS01150 comes along with 20 Lts. capacity SS304 Hopper,Stirrer (Optional),Jacket(Optional) SS 304/316 Piston filling for cream, gel,pastes etc with a maximum fill capacity upto 150 gms. Tube Orientation facility as optional. Pneumatically operated sealing and Trimming jaws, batch printing, no tube no filling process switch, 0-9 types Hardened punches one set, one set of Tube Holders 8 Nos as change parts with the machine for the tubes of required size. Automatic ejection of sealed tubes by pneumatic cylinder, 30 : 1 gear box, 1/2 HP AC 3 Phase / 1 Phase motor, 1440 RPM , Push button start switch. Separate Panel box with PLC Controls for adjusting different time settings. Mechanical Indexing by GENEVA Mechanism.
Note: Tube feeding is manual & all other operations are completely automatic
Output: Minimum 25-30 tubes per minute for Single Head- AETS01150 and 50-60 Tubes for Double Head – AETS02150.
