Octagonal Blenders are used for mixing Powders to Powders, or Powders to granules, and even mix Pellets. Free flowing or easily moving materials are normally mixed by using this mixer. The mixer has got a peculiar Octagonal shape, and rotating type arrangement which helps in uniform mixing. Diagonally fitted blades(optional) also helps in mixing while the vessel rotates. There is a converged mouth provided for feeding and discharging the mixer. Flap valve or Butterfly valve can be providing at this point fitted with a small hopper. One side can be opened for cleaning and maintenance. Manual operating handle is provided as optional or Inching switch to bring the vessel into position while stops, for feeding and discharging

• All material Contact parts are in stainless steel 304 or 316 as per requirement•
• Octagonal shaped with rectangular center, conical discharge frustum and rectangular top frustum
• Baffles provided in the shell
• Manhole with gasket is provided to fix baffles and for ease of cleaning.
• The shell Charging and discharging is through a butterfly valve.
• Unit can be provided with bin charging arrangement
• All moving parts are enclosed in guards
• A safety door with a limit switch is provided for operator safety as optional for small models and provided with Bigger models
• Manual Inching arrangement can be provided.
• Flame - proof motors with flame - proof push button stations can be provided for inflammable materials.
